In a significant move to bolster its operational backbone, Estonian carrier Marabu Airlines has significantly expanded its long-term partnership with Lufthansa Technik. The new multi-year agreement centers on a Total Component Support (TCS) contract, ensuring comprehensive component supply for Marabu’s growing fleet of Airbus A320neo aircraft.
This enhanced collaboration builds upon a foundation laid when Marabu commenced operations in 2023. The TCS solution, a flagship offering from the global technical services leader, grants Marabu seamless access to Lufthansa Technik’s vast worldwide network of certified spare parts, expert repair management, and agile logistics. This partnership is strategically designed to maximize aircraft availability and streamline maintenance turnarounds by covering nearly all rotable components, a critical factor for the airline’s expansion strategy.
The scope of the relationship extends beyond the TCS, already encompassing the supply of consumables and expandables, specialized aircraft engineering services, and essential certification support from Lufthansa Technik.
