Embraer has once again cemented its dominance in business aviation, with its Phenom 300 series being named the world’s best-selling light jet for the 14th consecutive year. The announcement was made by the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) during its State of the Industry conference in Washington, D.C. The data further revealed that the aircraft remains the most-delivered twin-engine jet for the sixth year running.
Deliveries of the Phenom 300 series reached 72 units in 2025, representing the highest annual total for the program this decade. With a global fleet now exceeding 900 aircraft operating across 70 countries and logging more than 2.9 million flight hours, the series continues to define excellence in the light jet category.
Michael Amalfitano, President & CEO of Embraer Executive Jets, attributed the sustained success to a customer-focused formula. “The Phenom 300E continues to dominate because it delivers unmatched performance, advanced technology, and an exceptional ownership experience,” he said. “Year after year, it remains the benchmark in its class, reinforcing customer trust in our brand.”
The Phenom 300E stands out as the fastest production light jet, reaching Mach 0.80 and offering a range of 2,010 nautical miles with five occupants. It features pioneering safety technology, including the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS)—the first developed specifically for business aviation—alongside autothrottle, Synthetic Vision System, and Emergency Descent Mode. Its design incorporates amenities typical of larger jets, such as single-point refueling, an externally serviced lavatory, and an airstair.
Embraer’s success extended beyond the light jet segment, with its Praetor family delivering 69 aircraft in 2025. This performance propelled the Executive Aviation division to a record 155 total deliveries for the year. Additionally, the Praetor fleet achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 400 units delivered worldwide.
