As a first step, we’d want to hear about how you got started with Just4Jets and how you worked your way up as an aviation entrepreneur?
I have harbored a deep-seated passion for aviation since my early years, having obtained my Private Pilot License prior to even acquiring my driver’s license. My journey in the aviation sector within the region spans back to 1995, encompassing diverse roles such as inflight service, aviation security training, and the pioneering launch of the “Just Air Crew” global mobile app in 2014, a groundbreaking endeavor undertaken when the technology landscape was far from accommodating.
This endeavor was not without its trials and tribulations, but it underscored the importance of visionary thinking and the willingness to explore uncharted territories, even when they are not yet established trends or supported by currently available technology. In recognition of these efforts, the app earned the distinction of being shortlisted as a Finalist for the 2015 9th Annual Aviation Business Awards in the category of ‘Engineering Innovation of the Year.’
Moreover, I had the distinct honor and privilege of showcasing our innovative concept at the inaugural Aeronnovation Strategy & Awards event held in Abu Dhabi. Aeronnovation, a GCAA-sponsored national reward program, is specifically designed to foster innovation and creative thinking within the aviation industry through recognition and incentives. I also had the privilege of sharing insights as a guest speaker at the First Aviation Investment Summit in Dubai.
Concurrently, while pursuing my various endeavors in the aviation sector, I initiated the launch of a specialized cabin crew magazine.
In the course of our extensive research and aviation networking, it became abundantly clear that there was a conspicuous gap in the provision of services for the private jet industry. This gap pertained to the intricate operational challenges faced by VIP cabin crew and charter companies, stemming from the limited offerings of traditional caterers, as well as the exorbitant costs associated with these services, which could significantly impact the bottom line of each sector.
This realization prompted the development of Just4Jets, a venture that places a paramount emphasis on creating a comprehensive, one-stop solution for private jet provision services. Central to our approach is the establishment of an online platform that facilitates easy access to a wide array of aircraft amenities, complete with a transparent payment gateway and realistic market pricing. We have also implemented a minimal fee for express service.
Our overarching objective with Just4Jets is to provide charter companies, operators, and aircraft owners with the means to access high-quality products and services under a single roof. By doing so, we aim to alleviate the human resource burden associated with aircraft preparation and redirect that time and focus toward delivering exceptional passenger experiences. This, in turn, offers significant cost savings for the operators while elevating the overall service quality within the private jet industry.
The operation and management of aircraft are some of the most challenging parts of aviation. What strategies do you employ to both overcome the problems and provide comprehensive solutions?
The operation and management of aircraft provisions indeed present formidable challenges within the realm of aviation. At Just4Jets, we have adopted a strategic approach aimed at addressing these issues and providing comprehensive solutions.
Our core strategy revolves around disrupting the prevailing monopoly in the industry by offering solutions that extend beyond the confines of the existing limited services. Undoubtedly, this endeavor is not without its challenges, as established operators with long-standing monopolies seek to safeguard their positions. Overcoming this challenge involves advocating for a more open market, particularly in the private jet segment, which affords arriving entities in the UAE the freedom to choose their provision service providers and pricing options, rather than being constrained by forced catering selections.
The solutions we have implemented at Just4Jets are multifaceted. They include providing access to products that have been rigorously trialed and endorsed by VIP crew and passengers, products that often originate from sources outside the local market. We are committed to offering pricing that is guaranteed to be 20 to 25% lower than that offered by current operators. Additionally, we have eliminated handling fees and any additional charges for third-party collections. Our utilization of an online payment gateway, coupled with a loyalty rewards program, enhances the convenience and value we deliver to our clients.
Moreover, we place a strong emphasis on concierge services, enabling us to source and deliver specialty products, cater to the unique needs of new freelancers entering the industry, and meet the specific requirements of non-UAE based operators.
To address the ongoing challenge of navigating regulatory hurdles in accessing delivery points for crews, we have established a flexible delivery system. This system allows us to work closely with operators and crew members, ensuring that we adhere to all necessary regulations while maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
In essence, our strategies at Just4Jets are underpinned by a commitment to fostering a more competitive and customer-centric aviation provisioning ecosystem, wherein clients have greater freedom of choice, access to quality products, and cost-effective solutions.

What do you see as the most significant challenges and possibilities for the industry in the years ahead?
When contemplating the most substantial challenges and opportunities on the horizon for the aviation industry, one cannot overlook the unprecedented growth of the private jet sector in our region. The most pressing challenge that operators and crews face in the realm of provisioning for aircraft preparations is the deficiency in options, flexibility, and the escalating costs associated with these services.
Looking ahead, I am hopeful that in the next two to three years, there will be regulatory measures put in place to encourage the involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as Just4Jets, in strategic planning for the industry’s expansion. This would extend beyond the existing Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and caterers, fostering collaborative efforts to position the UAE as a leading global private jet hub distinguished by the availability of choices and uncompromising quality.
In addition to these regulatory developments, we are actively exploring opportunities to establish a physical presence in partnership with leading FBOs, a move that promises to further enhance the provisioning landscape. The combination of regulatory support and strategic alliances holds the promise of a more dynamic and prosperous future for the private jet industry in our region.
