AJW Group has returned as a key maintenance provider for ASL Aviation Holdings, signing a new agreement to deliver airframe support for two A330ceo aircraft operated by ASL Airlines Ireland. The contract, which went live earlier this year, marks the continuation of a long-standing relationship between the two companies, following AJW’s previous support of ASL’s Boeing 737CL fleet.
Under the terms of the deal, AJW will provide technical and engineering services on a time and materials basis. This flexible commercial model allows ASL to maintain operational control while relying on AJW’s proven supply chain expertise to keep the widebody aircraft mission-ready. The initial term is set for four years.
Scott Symington, Chief Commercial Officer at AJW Group, emphasized the value of the renewed collaboration. “Our history with ASL is rooted in a mutual dedication to quality and performance. We are thrilled to support their A330ceo operations, as it plays directly to our strengths in managing complex airframe requirements. This agreement is about providing reliable, agile support that fits seamlessly into their operational rhythm.”
For ASL, the partnership brings immediate value to its cargo and commercial operations. Colin Grant, Chief Operating Officer at ASL Aviation Holdings, noted that AJW’s specific focus on airframe support was a key factor in the decision. “Integrating AJW’s support structure gives us confidence in the continued performance of these aircraft. Their ability to deliver tailored solutions aligns perfectly with our needs, and we look forward to deepening our working relationship over the coming years.”
The agreement reinforces AJW Group’s dominant position in the A330 support market. By combining deep technical knowledge with responsive service delivery, AJW continues to provide operators like ASL with the stability required to maintain high fleet utilization rates.
